Pianist Timothy Mueller has played recitals and chamber music in New York, Philadelphia, and the Midwest. He has played frequently with the Willow Ensemble, a chamber group, at the Trinity Church Concert Series and other venues in New York. As soloist he has appeared with the Chicago Civic Orchestra at Orchestra Hall, the Milwaukee Civic Orchestra, and the Green Bay (WI) Symphony, and Premiere Ensemble of New York at Symphony Space and the Batavia Symphony in New York. Tim has also worked in musical theater as a pianist, arranger and composer. As a composer he has written and arranged music for church choir, instrumental and vocal groups. Currently he lives with his wife and son in Madison, Wisconsin.

Tim's training in piano pedagogy, education and related disciplines includes piano performance classes and master classes, courses in piano literature, technique and solfege at the Eastman School of Music; courses in Eurythmics at the Dalcroze School in New York; workshops on the Alexander Technique and Body-Mind Centering; Shambhala meditation training; and piano teaching workshops under the coaching and supervision of Madeline Bruser.

Tim received his early piano training in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with Benedicta Fritz, a student of the legendary pianist Rudolph Ganz. One of his cherished memories is playing for Rudolph Ganz, and attending one of his master classes. Tim earned a Master's Degree in Piano from the Eastman School of Music, where he studied with Frank Glazer (a student of Arthur Schnabel) and Maria Luisa Faini (a student of Alfredo Casella). Recently, he has worked with piano teacher and pedagogue Madeline Bruser in New York City.
