For Adults ...
If you are a beginner, and want to experience for yourself the world of the piano, it is never too late to start! Your love for music and desire to play the piano is a worthwhile part of who you are. Whether your past experience with piano lessons was enjoyable and encouraging, or even if it was negative or frustrating, you deserve credit for dedicating time and effort to music in the past.

I will create a program of study and practice for you that is tailored to your specific learning goals and the types of music you love, and that fits your adult learning style. The goal is to help you get the most enjoyment from your practice time and the music you play—whether classical, jazz, or popular styles. You will have fun learning music listening skills, as well as a relaxed, natural approach to playing the instrument, that will make piano playing both enjoyable and creatively challenging. In addition to private lessons, you may also participate in performance classes for adults.

For Children ...
Music and playing the piano is a fun and valuable experience for children of all ages. Music training enhances and reinforces verbal, reading and language skills. Playing and composing music develops a child's creativity and emotional life.

I will design a program of instruction that fits your child's interests and preferred learning styles. In addition to private lessons, your child may also take advantage of the positive reinforcement of performance classes, student recitals, and evaluation auditions.
