Fall Adult Music Social
The next Adult Music Social, sponsored by the Madison Area Piano Teachers Association (MAPTA), is on Sunday November 22 at 7 p.m. Cheri Lewis will be hosting the event at her home—1706 Wild Oak Circle, Madison 53713. This a great opportunity for adult students to play for a small and encouraging group of people. The event is fairly informal and will help pianists at all levels become more comfortable sharing their music with others. Pieces can be memorized, or played with music. Newcomers who would like to learn more about the social are also welcome to attend and without playing. Those attending are requested to bring a small plate of cookies or other food to share.

Student Recital
Our next student recital and reception will be Sunday January 10, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. The recital will take place at the Grand Hall of Capital Lakes Retirement Center, 333 Main Street at Henry Street. Admission is free. Students, families and friends are welcome. After the recital you are welcome to attend the reception—where you can congratulate the performers, enjoy some refreshments, and meet new friends!
